Printing questions
Why can I not see my printer?
The browser, operating system or printer may not support that connection. Check permissions, pairing, protocol and whether another device is connected.
Will any thermal roll work?
No. Width and diameter must match the printer. Paper quality also affects readability and retention.
Is the generated ticket an invoice?
Not necessarily. Invoicing requirements depend on your activity and territory. Ask your adviser before using it as a tax document.
